9A: Testing the Hypothesis, Part 2
Who: My hypothesis is that this opportunity exists for a major portion of the UF population: university students who utilize campus after normal class hours.
What: This opportunity will save time and produces less traffic on busy roads on campus, such as the intersection of Museum Drive and Newell Road, where multiple parking areas are located.
Why: Traffic is a big issue on campus and partially due to people driving around all over the central part of campus looking for parking, which also affects people who are not directly affected, also known as the outsiders' need.
Overall, this will provide efficiency to the issue and prevent traffic buildup. Despite the financial constraint and some people avoid campus, this is a great opportunity to build time efficiency for important meetings, events or students who are trying to study for finals.

Hi Anisha! Great job of identifying the who, what and why of your solution that you came up with about the parking issues on UF's campus. I like how you identified the outsider's need when discussing the "why" part of your hypothesis, I think that could become a very important part of developing your solution. Great job!
